Since we were officially declared EI free, work has dramatically started to pick up again. We would like to take the time to thank everyone for their support at such an awful time. Good news is, we can all start getting things back on track.

A few changes have been made in the past few months. We now have a new operations manager (Peter Howe) who we believe will do a fantastic job once he gets the hang of things. Unfortunately he came in at the worse time possible right at the end of EI so we have had to throw him in the deep end.

Dallas left us in March, and we wish him all the success and happiness. We are certainly going to miss him and I am sure many clients are too.

As some of you may have found out, our prices have increased. Please understand that fuel prices are the highest they have been, and we also were shut down for a substantial time during EI.

Accounts:

Due to a huge impact on our income since E.I., we are refusing credit to anyone, including existing clients. This is due to the fact that we cannot delay our income as it is already substantially decreased. We do apologise for this also, but hope you understand at this time. All bookings must be paid for prior to the delivery of each horse. Payment options are:

• Credit Card over the phone
• Direct Deposit into our Bank Account ( Must be cleared funds)
• Bpay
• Cheque
• Cash
