• Horses are fed twice daily and are inspected by our highly qualified and experienced Truck drivers.

Idano Horse Transport is a family owned business and has been operating for Eleven years. As we ourselves have been involved in the horse industry for over 30 years, we know the special attention and demands that each horse requires. We understand that a horses behaviour can be unpredictable, therefore we take every precaution necessary to ensure each horse has a smooth and safe journey.

We also understand that not all our clients are familiar with the routine of transporting a horse, that is why we encourage our clients to contact us whenever they have a problem or require information about their horse in transit. We regularly transport valuable horses for some of Queensland's leading Thoroughbred and Harness Racing Studs, Trainers and Owners. We understand that times may arise when there is only one horse requiring transportation, and this is not a problem for Idano Horse Transport, as we do travel even if we are not fully loaded. We pride ourselves on our "on time" delivery and our main priority is to have the horse or horses delivered to their destination on the scheduled day.

All our vehicles are specially designed to allow extra air flow around the horses ensuring your horse's trip is as comfortable as possible. Overnight stabling facilities are utilised, should it be required.
